Some Background Information

Many of Downtown Cleveland's 20,000 plus residents live in rentals. They enjoy the density, pedestrian lifestyle, proximity to major city attractions, and beautiful Lake Erie. And Akron is seeing a rental boom in its Northside District.

Rentals are not just found in the urban neighborhoods of Greater Cleveland/Akron. Most suburbs offer a variety of rental options. If you need a furnished rental, there are options for short term leases - giving you the chance to settle into your new job while your family is in transit to your new hometown.

Cleveland - Downtown

The 9: Boutique, luxury, and sky residences attached to a hotel, bar/lounge, restaurant, and local grocery store.

The Athlon: An ideal location on Euclid Avenue in the historic former Cleveland Athletic Club building. Modern units with access to an indoor pool and walking track.

Waterford Bluffs: Opening in October 2022 near the West Side Market.
